I went here on 12/24 for a manicure and pedicure and I got the worst service I’ve ever had. I did a walk in. They did both services at the same time. The tech doing feet must’ve been new because she had someone looking over her shoulder the entire time. I swear this had to be her first pedicure because she did a bad job. Nicked the skin above my nail a few times. Didn’t know how to effectively use the tools. The tech doing my hands was worse. Didn’t touch my cuticles, hangnails. They tried to use unsanitary tools on me but I requested otherwise. I get services done twice a month. I try new places. Never will I go there again.

I have been coming here for years and experienced the lowest customer service treatment my last 3 visits, well strike 3 & you're out. The managers are taking calls but they're no longer in the spa when they take the calls, they are in different locations and the therapist will not be there on appointment day. The communication is very bad now, they will not remember your appointments and try to stick you with a therapist that you don't know. Stop with the greed and empty apologies, treat your customers with the respect they deserve and show them that loyalty matters.. Go back to caring about your customers/clients more than profits. This is how you treat a client that has spent alot of $$$ and have brought in my spouse, and family members over the years.. Get your act together.. IT starts with the management (Jessica & LeeAnn). Get back in the spa office and conduct your business properly and tell the therapist to stay quiet while in the hallway walking past the clients doors.. It has become a typical mediocre establishment , and not for people that know quality and expect great customer service...Notice how this Manager spends so much time responding to truthful low rated reviews but very little time in trying to resolve an issue she and her staff created.. All excuses & probably lies but never any accountability.. She actually believes that she is right & the customers are wrong ..
